Easy & Seamless Water Filling

Our water vapour fireplaces are designed to be effortless to maintain, with two simple filling options.

Manual Fill:
Place a container of water beside the fireplace, insert the supplied pipe, and press the fill button. The unit will automatically draw in the required water and notify you once the tank is full. Simply remove the pipe and you’re ready to enjoy up to 24 hours of flame effect.

Automatic Plumbed Fill:
For even greater convenience, the included valve and pipe can be connected to an existing water supply. When refilling is needed, open the valve and press fill. The fireplace automatically tops up the tank and alerts you when complete. Just close the valve and enjoy uninterrupted ambience.
