  • Yes, all of our lights are CE certified and fully tested before leaving us. If installed correctly, they will be perfectly safe

  • We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. We also understand that it is often difficult to visualise a light in your space after only viewing images online. Therefore, we offer an any reason returns policy; all we ask is that you pay the return postage cost

  • The majority of our lighting is straight forward to install. However, installation is very dependant on the environment in which it is installed. We therefore advise that an insured professional install all of our lighting. We take no responsibility for the method of installation or any resulting damage to property or life of our products. Please see our T&Cs for more information.

  • All our lights are custom made and therefore our delivery times are between 10-12 working days. If require faster delivery please get in touch and we can try do our best to accommodate any requests.
