4. Custom Orders

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Timeframes: Estimated shipping times are shown at checkout. These are estimates only.
Delays: Luxe Bespoke Lighting is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs: Standard shipping is included in the product price unless stated otherwise.

6. Returns and Refunds

Standard Products: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Custom Orders: Non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or defective on arrival.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7. Warranty

All Luxe Bespoke Lighting products include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:
